Salling Princip Primissáo coffee is sourced according to Fairtrade guidelines in Brazil and roasted in a micro-roastery in Denmark. This arabica bean coffee is made from yellow coffee berries – not the more common red ones. This yellow bourbon berry is native to Brazil and has a very balanced taste, with notes of wine/champagne and a fruity and honey aroma.
